So since finishing 1st Year, & thinking back on the abundance of new materials which we have been introduced to & a whole new universe, it's good to think that I can put my learning into good use & not just in Nottingham.

Our end of year fragrance project was definitely the most interesting & I've learned so much about different brands.

While I was in Kildare Village Outlet, which is owned by the same company as Bicester Village, I popped into French Connection.

As I was paying at the desk, I noticed their own branded fragrance, of course I had to take a spritz. Their woman's scent is absolutely lovely, the sales assistant also mentioned that the perfume is unisex, before adding that the famous, Lime, Basil & Mandarin creator, Jo Malone makes the perfume for French Connection.

How amazing is that? Retailing at just €18 it's a definite must try.

However Its quite hard to find information about the collaboration online, but I don find an interview which Jo Malone spoke to The Evening Standard. She spoke about the fact that the two brands come from completely different markets & that it has opened up her brand to a completely new clientele, I find this quite interesting because I have huge interest in both brands & I've just found out about the collaboration today.

It's definitely something to check out in your local French Connection store. Retail perfumes are a great thing to check out in my opinion I also love the Zara & River Island fragrances.

Just my little random fact of the day, hope you enjoyed

Much love,

G x
